For customers requesting Premium or Express delivery, we will attempt to ship the same day if the order is placed prior to 12:00 noon PST, Monday-Friday. Premium and Express orderes received after 12:00 noon may be sent on the next business day. Bear Basics ships orders on business days (weekdays) only. Orders received on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Most orders will be shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS generally does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Ground Shipping Orders should arrive within 3-9 business days. These rates also apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
